How early should I book with Panda Movers?
The sooner, the better. However, most clients notify us 2-3 days in advance. This helps ensure we can meet your preferred moving date.
Are there any hidden costs in your quotations?
No, our quotes are transparent. Additional costs may arise if there are undisclosed items or requirements not mentioned during the quotation process.
What happens if the weather is bad on the day of my move?
While bad weather might cause delays, your move won't be canceled unless there's an official travel/weather warning or emergency.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Yes, please inform us at least a day before your scheduled move to avoid cancellation charges. A cancellation charge at 25% of the job value applies for moves canceled less than 2 days before the moving.
How do I get a quote for my move?
Contact us directly, and after discussing your needs, we'll provide a transparent and detailed quotation.
Do you move during weekends or public holidays?
Yes, we operate on weekends and public holidays without any additional charges, unless only manpower or transportation is requested.
What factors influence the overall moving quotation?
Factors include the load volume, dismantling/assembly requirements, special equipment needs, number of stairs, access restrictions, last-minute volume increase, and timing of the service.
What services do Panda Movers provide?
We cater to both residential and commercial moving. Additionally, we offer disposal, furniture collection and delivery, assembly, manpower-only services, and storage solutions.
What are your operational hours?
Our standard service hours range from 730am to 1130pm, Mondays to Sundays, including Public holidays.
How do I make payment? And is a deposit required?
Payments can be made in Cash, through Paynow/Paylah, or Bank Transfer after the move is completed. Deposits might be required depending on the job value.
